Dioko Youth Group Crystal River Canoe Trip

Transportation: We will all pack into Dioko Leaders’ vans / SUVs. The drive will take approximately two hours.

What to bring: You’ll get wet; so if you don’t want it to be wet, don’t bring it. Bring comfortable shoes and clothing. Students are encouraged to bring some pocket change (in zip-lock bag) to spend at a general store which is about half way on our canoe route.

Food: Bring a bag lunch; bring money for the general store / ice cream ship which is half way down the river.

Technology: Dioko leaders will have cell phones so that parents have the option to contact them; students may bring cell phones and electronics at their own risk. There is a strong possibility of loss or water damage since we will be on water for the majority of time.
