Zumba Fitness® is a Latin inspired easy to follow dance fitness program that requires no experience. It’s easy to follow and fully adaptable to ANY fitness level. Yes ANY fitness level.
We combine world rhythms like Mambo, Cha Cha, Salsa, Reggaeton, African, Celtic, Bollywood, Rock, Christian, Pop, Dancehall into an hour of dancing fun with easy to follow moves that YOU intensify to fit YOUR fitness level. I will coach and guide and encourage any modifications needed.
What do you need to bring ?
A bottle of water, a BIG smile, a friend, and a small towel if you plan on “glowing” a little!
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you can move in.
Min age preferred is 14 and above.
Sessions generally last 7 – 8 weeks.
