Regardless of what you may be facing personally, in your marriage, parenting, or in other circumstances, we would love to walk along with you during the good times and through the tough times.

This flexible training program was designed specifically for volunteer leaders who feel called to shepherding roles in the church (group leaders, Sunday School teachers, care ministry mentors).  The program combines self-assessment tools, dialogue, reflection, prayer, and strategic planning to benefit participants in their leadership journey.

Step 1

The program starts by filling out the pre-assessment form and discussing its results with Pastor Florin and the Leaders by Design “head coach.”  The time investment for this step is around 3 hours.

Step 2

After being accepted into the program, participants go through an intensive all day program and are assigned a personal coach. During the intensive the participants engage in a comprehensive multi-step process that looks at character, leadership orientation, skills and abilities, experience, knowledge, and shepherding interests. The time investment for this step is around 6 to 8 hours.

Step 3

At the completion of the intensive program, participants and their assigned coach discuss shepherding opportunities and potential next steps.  The time investment for this step is around 2 hours.
